1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using the MFC Footy website at https://mfcfooty.app or the MFC Footy Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction) and comply with Discord's Terms of Service . If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Virtual Items, Currencies & Balances

MFC Footy contains virtual cards, coins, gems, draft vouchers, and Mascherano tokens. These items exist purely as virtual game mechanics within the MFC Footy platform:

• Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for real currency.
• Virtual balances do not transfer to or from any official EA SPORTS FC account or service.
• We reserve the right to modify, balance, re-tier, or reset virtual economy metrics for fair play.

3. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fair and competitive environment for all managers, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using unauthorized scripts, bots, macro tools, or automated scrapers to farm drops or manipulate the Market House.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, race conditions, or gameplay bugs to duplicate currency or cards.
• Attempting to bypass authentication gates, access administrator endpoints, or interfere with server infrastructure.
• Harassing other players or posting abusive, unlawful, or infringing content in multiplayer room comments.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your MFC Footy game account and removal from community leaderboards.

4. Independent Status & Third-Party Marks

MFC Footy is an independent football card game for Discord and the web. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts or EA SPORTS FC. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Player names, club crests, and league marks referenced in the game database are the property of their respective trademark holders. Their reference within MFC Footy does not imply any official endorsement, sponsorship, or licensing affiliation.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer

MFC Footy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance windows, balance updates, and infrastructure upgrades may occur periodically.
